Role definition - - After assessing the Clients needs a search brief is prepared highlighting the specifications. This document is a facilitator for the team to get the right candidate.

Position specification - - Team analyses the specific client needs to determine required set of essential and desired skills, experience and any other critical attribute necessary for the right fit.

Research and candidate identification - Various options available to the client are mapped. Subsequently the players and functional resources in the specific domain are mapped along with internal databases to reach at all prospective candidates.

Candidate Interviews and evaluation - - Primary anchor identifies and confirms interest with qualified individuals and is in regular touch with the client for all updates. The potential candidates are interviewed to determine their background, skill, competence and organizational fit.

Formal reference checks - We contact discretely individuals who can relate the practical worth of the candidate and other softer aspects and a reference check report is given to the client. However if client or sometimes the candidate requests us otherwise we do this post shortlist and selection.
